There are some tips for car driving in rainy weather which are as under,

  • Don’t feel any nervousness about driving in rainy weather.
  • Be comfortable and be secure on the road.
  • Make sure your car in a good condition.
  • Make sure your car tires and windshield wipers in a good condition.
  • Keep an emergency kit in car all the time.
  • Turn on your car head lights.
  • Avoid from pools and standing water on the road.
  • Avoid from cross the running water on the road.
  • Look out for pedestrians.
  • Drive carefully and slowly in the wet weather.
  • Keep in your lane.
  • Be alert when driving in wet and slippery conditions.
  • Avoid from using brakes and accelerate slowly.
  • Avoid from off road driving.
  • Drive slowly from a bad road.
  • Avoid from splashing pedestrians.
  • You should check your car headlights, taillights, backlights, and turn signals conditions.
  • Check your car tires on regular intervals.
  • Check your tires tread depth condition.
  • Replace your car windshield wiper blades twice in a year.
  • Some time wiper blades in bad condition don’t work correctly so change them after some time.
  • Driving in the rain don’t follow the large busses or trucks closely it can dangerous for you.
  • Keep distance from other vehicles and keep on your car wind shield wipers for visibility of other vehicles.

  • Turn on your car hazard lights for visibility of other drivers.
  • Heavy rain can be a cause overload your windshield wiper blades, so must stop at a rest areas or any other protected area.
  • Avoid from skidding. You can prevent from skids by driving slowly and defensively.
  • Clean your windshield wipers, windows and doors regularly.
  • Check your car brakes, paddles and anti brake locks regularly.
